However we cannot guarantee that items shown are still available. if an order is received and the item is no longer in stock you will be informed of this within 24 hours of the order being placed with the option to cancel the order or have an alternative item.

cancelling your order
the united kingdom's distance selling regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from bespokeboutique.com, for a full refund. this does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
you must inform bespokeboutique.com via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number.
return an item
if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels* within 14 days of receipt. after satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. refund timescales may vary so please allow up to 30 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. bespokeboutique.com is not liable for the cost of returning items.
to return an item please email info@bespokeboutique.com to request a returns form stating your intention.
you will receive a reply within 24 hours with the returns form attached.

please follow the 'Return an Item' procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange. you can purchase the new item at any time as a seperate transaction.

the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. bespokeboutique.com is not liable for the cost or loss and damage of returning items.
faulty item
if the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. you have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
